Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Abba’s Child Learning Center. To that end, we ask that you contact us before purchasing, so that we can help you identify the products and services that are most appropriate for your needs. If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us immediately. The specific terms of our refund policy depends on the circumstances.


  • If your order has not yet been processed, we will simply cancel the purchase and process your refund, minus the fee we were charged by PayPal to process your payment. 

  • If your purchase has already been processed by a third-party source, we may not be able to provide you with a refund. 

  • If your purchase has been shipped directly from us, we will provide you with specific directions for how to return it to us. If we receive it back in new, resaleable condition, we will refund your purchase price minus our costs for shipping and payment processing. Always contact us before sending your purchase back to us. No credit will be given for merchandise that is returned without prior authorization or that is lost or damaged.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Our programs have been effective for many people. However, it is not possible to guarantee the level of advancement that will be obtained by a specific student. There are simply too many factors beyond our control. For that reason, Abba’s Child Learning Center does not provide refunds for services or products that have been used.
