We trust that you will be happy with your purchases at Abba’s Child Learning Center. However, if you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us immediately. If your item has not yet shipped, we will simply cancel the purchase and process your refund. If your purchase has already shipped, we will need to receive the item(s) back in new, resalable condition before processing the refund. The refund will include the purchase price and taxes, but will not include your shipping charges.
Always contact us prior to sending your purchase back to us. We will give you the correct address to send the shipment. It is best to return the product in the same packaging in which it was sent to you, complete with any packing material that was used. Ship the package with tracking and adequate insurance to cover the full purchase price. No credit will be given for lost or damaged merchandise. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returned merchandise. Remember to contact us prior to sending back any merchandise.
